Returns

• We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

• Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return unless stated otherwise.

At Ayzel Couture, we aim to ensure a fair and transparent refund process.

• Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.

• All refund requests are subject to review by our Sales Department.

• Once the request is approved and the returned item passes inspection, the refund will be processed.

• Refund Timeline:

  • Approved refunds are issued within 10 working days.

• Refunds will be made via the original payment method or store credit, as applicable.
